 我們是美如月，一家誕生於英格蘭東北部紐卡素唐人街的手工烘焙品牌。我們的故事始於我們的創辦人兼首席蛋糕師 Mei，她在蛋糕行業中已有超過20年的經歷。對Mei 而言，製作蛋糕的初衷源於他人帶來的快樂。她的烘焙之旅從生日蛋糕開始，她發現，看到顧客在享用她製作的蛋糕時，臉上洋溢著喜悅的笑容，才是她最滿足的時刻。正是這份動力，推動著她在這條道路上堅持了二十年——讓每一個蛋糕都帶來溫暖、幸福和難忘的回憶。

 Mei 對烘焙的熱愛始於她的家廚房，她不辭辛勞地製作出捕捉鄰居與朋友心此意的蛋糕。隨著口碑傳開，需求逐漸增長，她的小廚房已無法滿足日益增多的訂單，這促使她在 5 年前創立了“麵包工坊”，為她的烘焙之旅開啟了新篇章。

 2022年，美如月作為品牌正式成立，品牌名稱源自 Mei 的名字，體現了她在每個蛋糕中展現的奉獻與工藝。這些年來，我們經歷了無數挑戰——從實驗配方、解決設備問題到克服生產困難。儘管面對挫折，我們每一步都堅定了創造健康美味蛋糕的承諾。

 在美如月，我們將顧客的滿意放在首位。Mei 認為，每一口蛋糕都應該帶來喜悅，也因此我們歡迎顧客的意見與反饋。雖然無法滿足每一個需求，但每個建議對我們都十分重要，並將影響我們未來的產品和口味。我們的目標是創造出不僅美味，還能滿足顧客獨特需求的蛋糕。

We are Meiruyue, an artisan bakery brand born in the vibrant Chinatown of Newcastle Upon Tyne, located in North East England. Our story began with our founder and head cake artist, Mei, who has over 20 years of experience in the cake industry. For Mei, the motivation behind making cakes stems from the joy it brings to others. Her baking journey started with birthday cakes, and she discovered that the most fulfilling moment came when she saw customers’ faces light up with joy while enjoying her creations. This passion has propelled her forward on this journey for two decades—ensuring that each cake brings warmth, happiness, and unforgettable memories.

Mei's love for baking started in her home kitchen, where she tirelessly crafted cakes that captured the hearts of neighbors and friends. As word spread, demand grew, and her small kitchen could no longer keep up with the increasing orders, prompting her to establish "Meiruyue" five years ago, opening a new chapter in her baking journey.

In 2022, Meiruyue was officially launched as a brand, with its name derived from Mei's own name, reflecting her dedication and craftsmanship showcased in every cake. Throughout the years, we have faced countless challenges—from experimenting with recipes and solving equipment issues to overcoming production difficulties. Despite these setbacks, each step has strengthened our commitment to creating healthy and delicious cakes.

At Meiruyue, customer satisfaction remains our top priority. Mei believes that every bite of cake should bring joy, and as such, we welcome customer feedback and suggestions.
